Complaint regarding poor service from Micromax

I have purchased Micromax Tv 32” last year from Amazon site. The Tv stopped working on 15th DEC2017(tv now out of warranty).I lodged complain for my TV on 16dec and the technician came same day for checking the TV and reported that mother board is not working so it should be replaced. I ordered for new mother board. Till date there is no response from Micromax india & their service centre regarding the same. The service centre always says it will take 2-3 days. Micromax care is also not repling properly. Kindly look in this & do the needful.
