Complaint regarding poor services from Asian Paints contractors

I have got cheated by the Asian Paints verified Contractor/ Business Partner having a website on Water Proofing – www.waterproofing solutions.in  based out of Vasant Kunj did  the water proofing of my roof  with Asian paints  water proofing solution Damp Proof giving a warranty of 8 years . Within 2 days  of completing the job the roof has started leaking and the contractor or the company is refusing to accept any phone calls. I have paid 20,000 for this service which is totally wasted and i have been cheated by them .
