Complaint regarding refund for delay arrival of bus booked on Redbus

I booked bus by RedBus for travel on 23/07/2023, the time of pickup from Mukerian was 9:20 pm & drop At Delhi 5:00 am.  As my office time is 9:00 am at Rewari so I booked this perticular time as I have to cover 100 km more after Delhi arrival.
There were options of change travel date or cancellation, but when the timeline of both the options closed then I received a message that bus is 4 hour late.means 12:50 am. It was dangerous to stay on a highway pickup point for 4 hours. As the pickup point was 35 km away from my home.
I immediately talk to bus company to change my travel date or cancel the ticket & refund the told me to discuss with RED BUS , when I complained to RED BUS they wrote a message that they will check & revert back.
But they don’t do anything,also they call me at 1:00 am that bus will be at your selected stop by 1:40 am.
I didn’t travel that night as all the buses were full. So I missed my office & booked bus for next day.
The fault was of bus operators & RED BUS , but the fine was charged from me by not refund the amount also one day salary cut from my account.
