Complaint regarding problem in new Yamaha rayzr 125

I brought Yamaha rayzr 125 in the month of March 2021 from horrible dealer Perfect riders jayanagar, who delayed delivery by two months and messed first and second service, Don’t know how yamaha has approved this dealer,

Within span of year, i had to face below problems which made me to think i made mistake going for yamaha scooter instead of Suzuki scooter which is far better than yamaha in terms of qualtiy and customer service.

1) After second service Battery had problem and had to be replaced under warranty which took 4 days

2) After fourth service the service person informed that Excess engine oil is consumed, based on this i rasied complaint online but no response from Yamaha. Now i have to wait one week to get back my scooter

i gave my vehicle to the service center on 14.06.2022 for engine problem, till today no work is done, visited service center on 17.06.2022, they say that it pending because person from Yamaha has to visit and approve the warranty,

how many days does Yamaha need to visit and solve the problem. Still As no today 28.06.2022 i have not received my vehicle,

Made a mistake going for yamaha, should have gone with Suzuki.
