Complaint regarding publishing of PH.D paper in journal

As a Ph.D. scholar, I submitted a paper to the International Journal on Recent and Innovation Trends in Computing and Communication (IJRITCC) on 09/10/2023. After receiving an acceptance email on the 17th of October 2023, I paid the fees and the paper was published online on the 2nd of November 2023. However, the paper did not appear on the Scopus website, so I contacted Elsevier on 9th December 2023 to request them to add my missing paper. On the 13th of December, I was informed by Elsevier that the journal had been discontinued.
Prior to making the payment, the journal was still listed as active on the Scopus website, and even after I emailed Elsevier, it remained active, which led me to believe it was a reputable journal. Additionally, a classmate had previously published with them(IJRITCC) without issue.
After informing the journal of Elsevier’s response on 13th December, they promised to investigate and get back to me, but I have not received any updates or responses since then. I would like either for my paper to be included in the Scopus database, as the journal is supposed to be Scopus indexed, or for the journal to remove my paper from their website and provide a full refund of 35000 INR.
