Complaint regarding Redmi 4 service issues

I purchased Redmi 4 on 3rd June and after using less than one month, it had speaker issue so I submitted the phone on 28th June to the service centre Indore Orbit mall and it 18th July now i.e. more than 3 weeks and with only one type of update that the issue is escalated and our support team is looking on to this. This really sucks.

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
