I had requested a disconnection of my Jio fiber connection on 2 June 2022. The Jio team was supposed to come and collect the device with few days, latest by 9th June 2022. the schedule a pick up on 6th June 2022 and again on 9th June and again on 16 June but sorry to inform No one came to pick up the device. I have repeatedly calling customer care for the collection, but they seem to be lest bothered.
My security money is with them and are not refunding it.
