Complaint regarding refund due from Easemytrip

Ease my trip didn’t gave me my refund. Value: 217. I booked my train ticket on 10 th March surat to pune which was cancelled by ease my trip. The refund of 217 they said they have proceed and will reflect till 17-18 March. But till date I have no received my refund. When I contacted to customer support they put me on hold for more than 30 min. They have put me in stress. I want help.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
