Complaint regarding refund due from Happyeasygo

I booked a flight using happyeasygo app for Rs. 3770 and opted for insuranceas well. Because of some date issues I had to cancel the flight within minutes of booking and book another one. The booked flights were weeks aways from the booking date.

For cancelling my flight I chose the option of cancel with penalty, which on the happy easy go terms and conditions are mentioned as Rs. 500. I got an notification that refund will be processed in 90 days so I waited for it but never received it. When I contacted the happy easy go customers service they refused to refund any amount stating it’s company’s policy without any proof of documentation. I researched about it and found that the ministry of aviation states that any cancellation of flight within 24 hours should be fully refunded. The customer care has now stopped responding me after I raised these issues.
