Complaint regarding refund due from Kyriad & OYO weddings

We had planned our wedding at Kyriad hotel(Oyo weddings) , Chinchwad on 18th and 19th June 2021, we had also paid amount of 20,000/- as advance amount for the same. However now Kyriad & OYO weddings have stopped responding to our calls & texts, upon visit to the hotel, we have been informed that Kyriad & OYO both have no stakes in that hotel property now and advance amount shall be recovered from Kyriad and OYO weddingz, therefore kindly support to get the refund. We have been literally harassed.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
