Refundable and salary amount from Worklink Infotech

I worked an online data entry forms (900 forms – 8 days) for worklink infotech company from 29.7.21 to 6.8.21, they agreed to pay the salary amount of 20 rupees per form ( Rs. 18000) along with my initial paid refundable amount of Rs. 2499. But now they refusing to attend my call and also no response for my mail from their side for the payment process.
