Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

Refund the flight booking amount – Travolook. Value: 4959. Booked Indigo airlines ticket on 5th April 2021 in Travolook website and got a message that Booking is in progress and will be confirmed within 30 min. But received an email stating booking is cancelled due to fare expiry.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
