I have been a customer of Myntra online website for several years now. Around a month back i started facing difficulty to login to the account and called their customer care team. On the call, they assured they will look into the issue and get back to me. After several calls, i got to know the account has been suspended without any prior intimation. They did not tell me any valid reason for suspending the account when asked them over the phone call. They continued telling me to read the Claus 4 and 12 on their website but refused to tell the reason for suspension on the call.
My account has a credit balance of around Rupees 2,269 as per the customer care team which also they are refusing to transfer back to my account. It is my hard earned money and they are not returning my money.
I confirmed to them that per my knowledge i have not done any activity which violates the Myntra policy and multiple times asked them to tell me the reason for suspending the account.
Please look into this matter on urgent basis.
