Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

Travolook cancelled my ticket and dint not refund my amount till date ..The amount debited rs 3369 on July 17 th .they said they will refund the amount in 7 to 10 working days.each time when I call customer support they keep on saying 24 or 48 hours and no refund is intiated. kindly help to get the refund .it has caused mental stress calling them each time.
