I have booked a air ticket of Spice Jet through Travolook from Bagdogra to Jammu on dated 13.02.2022 having the journey date of 23.02.2022 . It has been cancelled immediately by Travolook automatically. After that I have correspondence with mentioned company for refund of Rs.7466.00 which was paid through SBI bank credit card. They have stated “amount will be refund in 3 to 15 working days” continuously. But neither I have found the amount in my book nor their earnest wish to return the amount any more. Grievance cell, please requested to make necessary step to respective travel agent to return my amount. My financial condition is not good to bare this liability. I will be grateful.
