I had booked 2 tickets from varanasi to Bangalore for 20/12/2020 from indigo 6E_144 flight from Travolook ,and I paid 12414 rs , due to heavy fog in varanasi my flight had been cancelled , I got a message from indigo that I will recived my amount within 15 days , but still I didn’t not got , and on 20/12/2020 again I booked a 2 tickets for Bangalore from varanasi in indigo flight 6E 144 through Travolook , I paid 10003 rs , this ticket did not booked and cancelled by Travolook due to fare increase , when I called them for refund they told me that they will refund 7-10 business day , but it’s almost 45 days over I called him 10 times. And all times they told me u will get within 10 days , I am totally depressed , I don’t have money , they are doing froud with me , I am unable to do anything , thay are just harassing me , I’m belonging from a poor family , pls help me , pls save my life , I’m going to mad , I’m totally depressed , I have lost my 22500 rs ,pls help me pls
