Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook

I have booked two tickets from travlook. and the same was cancelled by the travlook due to operational reason. I have contacted several times over calls and emails every time they mentioned the refund is processed within 2-3days. It has been more that a month now I am still waiting for my refund amount.
Please find my booking reference number Reference nos with total amount of rs 27590.

Sir please help to get my money back as i have to pay my credit card bill.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines.
