Release my ad company not releasing my Ad

Regarding payment not refunded by release my ad company. Value: 1318.
I have booked on release my ad site on 28/06/2022 for publishing ad in punjab kesari newspaper(matrimonial section) of 03/07/2022. Payment of rs 1318 done from our side (screenshot enclosed) but ad not given in newspaper.Pl look into the matter seriously.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
