Complaint regarding refund due from Zebronics for returned product

Refund not received. Value: 719. I have purchased Zebronics Zeb Sound Bomb 3TWS Wireless Earbuds, Balce. It was delivered on 20-10-2022, this item got charging problem, so i raised return on 21-10-2022 and they picked up on this on 28-10-2022, Till now they haven’t returned my amount. When ever i call customer support they were telling me to wait for 48 hours they will return the amount, but still not returned.
