Regarding refund due from Jio Mart for returned order

I have placed an order of realme tab on Oct 2nd and my promise date is oct 10th and I paid the bill amount 11,999 through my credit card. I am reaching customer care daily from 10th oct to 14th oct there is no update, they simply saying wait for today tomorrow same thing .. on 14th they have said that product got returned due to technical issue … Ur refund will credited in 7 business days and today is 30th oct still I did not received my refund and if I reached customer care simply they are saying our team is working
