Complaint regarding refund from ACT Fibernet

I took a connection from act and also they told me to make a payment online I did all the formalities and after that installation person said that need to pay Rs. 2000 extra amount for the installation as they said cant do the installation in our area..before doing all this they should check the availability they said connection availability is there but failed to do…past from 10 days I am requesting for the refund no response from your executive (9xxxxx2) and also he is not picking my call….need my amount to be refunded…..kindly look into this and refund my amount and requesting you to take a strict action against that executive.
