Complaint regarding refund from Air Asia

I tried booking 4 air tickets from Kolkata to Kuala Lumpur (travel date 30.05.17) from Air Asia as a registered member through internet banking from my Bank of India A/C on 29.01.2017 and the system showed “Transaction failure” but still Rs. 21590 was debited from my account. I turned up to my bank but they told to approach Air Asia for refund as the bank has already made the payment successfully. Likewise I contacted the customer care of Air Asia on 19.02.2017 and they advised me to fill an e-form and make a refund claim at “india-support[@]”. They gave me a complaint but the online status is showing “No records found”. I complained to Air Asia’s Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority but got not a single response till date. I am being surprised by the un-professionalism of the management of Air Asia who are harassing me since about 2 months. It is becoming very unbearable situation for me as I am not getting my legitimate refund and being deprived of justice. I am attaching the relevant document and seeking justice from your part. Please try to realise my situation and help me get my refund of Rs. 21590. Regards,
