Complaint regarding refund from Air India, Makemytrip

I had booked Air India flight ticket for Kol-Hyd in Feb 2020 through Make my trip app which got cancelled due to Pandemic.
I raised the refund request raised in Feb 2021.
And since then I am waiting for refund. When I talk to make my trip they say that Air India is not refunding talk with Air India and when I talk to Air India they say talk to make my trip since you have booked throug make my trip. This cycle is continuous since then and I have not received the refund yet.

Please look into this matter otherwise they are not going to refund me.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
