On 21/10/2021 I was riding with Uber moto and due to overspeeding met with an accident. I asked the driver to slow down but he didn’t listen and after few sec I was injured very badly.
I have been taken to hospital and meanwhile the driver ran away. So I complained about incident in Uber.
They said they will take care of my expenses. But after accident and several diagnosis it was confirmed that i had very bad fracture, on accident day there were 5 stiches to a very deep cut. And within 2 weeks I need get operate my ankle due to severity of my fracture.
Right before Operation I tried to contact Uber for medical expenses, they didn’t listen to me.
It is been a month and there is no facilities available for me to avail compensation for all the loss.
I am on bed rest and hence can’t help myself in this situation.
Hereby I beg you to help me with my complaint. So that I can recover all my financial loss due to them. I need a compensation for this loss. My work, time, health and money all have lost due to them.
I will be very grateful for your response. Please consider this very serious and urgent
