I have made a train ticket bookin on nov7th. The booking was failed the amount of rs 2000 was not getting refunded. When I contact customer service it’s redirected me to AI. AI is responding the same way for last 2 weeks. Same answer even after i selected not helpful for n number of times. I have attached some of the screen shot for reference. Help to get my refund else redirect me to concern.
