Complaint regarding refund from Naaptol

I ordered “Kitchen Queen 43 PCs Stainless Steel Storage Set” on 27 Jul 2018 and got it on 4th August 2018. In that 3 sets are defective. I filed complaint on Naaptol site – and followed on this – by email and by calling support desk 09220062000. This is almost one month now. I just got promise that defective product will be picked from my home and I will get full refund. I didn’t get full refund or replacement and complaint has closed by Naaptol.
