The order got failed but still my account was debited. The transaction was made via UPI. I have shared all the details and screenshots required to be submitted for refund process on the same day only. Now, it has been 30+ days I am calling them all alternate days and they have the same typical reply “we will escalate it to banking team, your money will refunded within 2-3 days”.
SmartBuy HDFC, just tell me which calendar you follow? See if you are not going to refund the money, just say. May be you feel like i will become poor if you dont refund the money. You have wasted my atleast 12 hrs in all this. I just don’t want to be abusive and don’t tell me here that do this now or that. Share with us at this email address etc. etc.
