Complaint regarding refund from Snapdeal

Not getting refund of rs 1349. I purchased two products on snapdeal on 7 Feb and returned it on 8 Feb. I got refund of one product on 10 Feb but the second refund of Rs. 1349 is not reflected to my bank acct till now. When I called the help centre they told me that they initiated the refund request and told me to wait. Now the time limit of getting refund within 15 days is expired. Still I am not not getting my money. Please help

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
