I have purchased aquarium products worth 1,928 rupees. In thier official website they have mentioned order will be delivered with in 2 to 5 business days in Bengaluru region and also they have mentioned customer cancel his/her order before shipping but when I tried to cancel my order they are saying like it’s not possible and we will not issue refund. Moreover they are not delivering my products even after 10 days. I request concerned department to take necessary action against these fraud websites.
