I had order a Samsung z flip 3 mobile. I had made a complain regarding the over heating issue, first time replacement is cancelled due to negligence of technical executive, second it was accepted but logistic department had not delivered me and item replacement became cancelled. After that I om doing complain many times but still no action was taken.
Already 1.5 months gone, but no resolution was given.
So, i requested you please take the action for the same & please contact me.
Till now, No action was taken.
I had connect customer care several time,,but they always do false promise to resolve the issue..i had done 10-12 times complaint..
