Complaint regarding services from matrimonial site

Shaadi.com took Rs.2000 the amount under the pretext of advertisement of my son as a prospective groom by projecting it as a listing in their website. But never show the particulars to the advertisement consumers. They hide and mask the particulars / advertisement content from the consumers and extract the money from the advertisement on the pretext of advertisement. Not responding to calls and mails further amounts to negligence.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
