I issued a Purchase Order to M/s TECHSHIELD for supply of 15 Laptops to client in Silvassa.
Against that we also made an advance payment for 10 Laptops of Rs 796600 (In two Installment of Rs 676000 on 14th May & Rs 120600 on 1st June 21.
Against that M/s Techshiled shipped 10 Laptops for silvassa and the consignment reached silvassa on 5th June 2021 and the consignee given the receipt of 10 Laptops basis of 10 Boxes.. But on 6th June 2021 the boxes were open by client person they found One laptop missing from the box and they received only 9 Laptops in actual and one empty box. As one laptop is missing there. Same was informed us by consignee person and same we informed to M/s Techshield but they are to taking the responsibility and saying they sent all 10 laptops.
There was consignment of 3 Boxs – 1 Box of Laptop Bag-10 Nos, other two boxes had 5-5 laptops box in each. All three big Boxes received by sterlite person in packed form but when they opened then 10 Bag fount in 1 Big box, 5 Laptop box found in other big box , but 3rd big box had 5 Laptop box out of which one box was empty. Hence it is responsibility of M/s Techshield and they should acknowledge and initiate the refund of Rs 79060 for that missing Laptop immediately
