I bought a HP laptop from flipkart for Rs 32068 on 28th dec 2020 and took laptiop protection plan for Rs 1199 .I There was defect in laptop which i realized later may be accidental damage. I complained to flipkart they said contact jeeves.
Jeevs team is very poor and they played with me and then closed this without doing anything. if action have been taken then there was very small issue but now my laptop is more damage.Flipkart is not helping me. I am contacting to jeeves again and again but they ask me to hold and then cut my call. I am harassed and depressed. I need compensation and change of laptop
