I’ve applied for shifting of my tata sky connection on 28-Sep-18 19.30 with WO No:17X0KCYV and same was scheduled for 29-Sep-18 between 17.00 to 18.30, without my knowledge same was re-scheduled to 18.30 to 19.30 and technician visited my place with mobile no: 86xxxxxxx9 and shifted the antenna by 19.30 and informed me Rs.300 is installation charges and shifting has completed. (Since TV was not available that time I was not able to check the connection status), when I checked the connection today (30-Sep-18) morning I was getting error as “Pls insert smart card” post searching for the smart card for one hour I’ve enquired about the same to technician, he told he has taken the same and will return the same by EOD.
I’ve called and updated and raised complaint about the incident to Tata sky customer care with ticket no: 17Z48XN3
post same also there is no update from customer care or technician till now. I called customer care again around 18.30pm and escalated to CC team leader Sxxxxxxxh, he has updated ashe’ll check and call back within 10 mins till 21.45 I’ve not received any call regarding the same.
