Complaint regarding refund due from Travolook
Regarding order placed with theindianstop.in site via facebook
Telegram Channel called as customs shop. Value: 4000. Pxxxd Pxxxxxxxxxxxo named person is running a telegram channel namead as “Indian Customs Shop” Offering low valued product delivery. He is reciving money from all the people and no product delivery is happening.
This is major fraud.

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
