Complaint regarding the worst customer service support by mi

I gave my mi note 4 near my locality, the problem was a minute one(about the headset jack problem), and for that they kept my phone with them with them, till today its around 14 days they told me that they would give within a week but now itself its around 14 days and they don’t even respond properly and saying that you gonna get your mobile today or tomorrow for a week. so I lost my patience and complaining about the problem.
please do consider the problem and take a quick reaction. so, that other person couldn’t face these situations anymore.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
