I’ve purchased Oathpro series 108 series(43 Oathpro 2000 series) from Flipkart on 06 may 2021. On 27 Apr 2022 the screen of tv is not coming… It is blank. Please help me as it is my first product with Thompson brand and it didn’t worked for even 1 year. I’m attaching the invoice.
I’ve filed complain to Flipkart on 2nd may 22 and they sent Jeeves service person on 4 may 22 who examined and sent report to Thompson company with reference no ARK17297. After passing 21 days there is no response from the side of Thompson company or Flipkart. We tried to contact Thompson and Flipkart many time but there was no response. Thompson gave just a complaint number 6539639 on email and Flipkart only tells us to wait for 3 days . Please resolve the problem.
