Complaint regarding refund due from Excitel broadband

Sir I have taken a excitel broadband connection after expiring of plan i decided to disconnect this connection after i gave disconnecction request excitel customer care told me to submit device after that he told me that i will get my refund within 30 days from the submission date. But after 30 days completed i did not received my efund amount so i contacted many time regarding my refund but i got same response i will get my refund soon.I have submitted my device on 06 apr 2022 but today is 27 may 2022 but i still did not get my refund . So Please help me to get my refund.
