Complaint regarding ticket refund due from Air India

I booked my flight ticket for 5th July 2021, but the flight got canceled. I have contacted customer care 5-6 times but I have not got anything besides random talks. I belong to a poor family and I collected this money with great difficulty. It has been nearly 9 months and it is disturbing me mentally. Please provide me justice and help me get back my money.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
