Complaint regarding Videocon D2H subscription

I had recharged my Videocon D2H account with 134 Rs on 31 August and post that, the subscription end date message I received from Videocon was of 9th September. However, on 1 September, 15 rs got deducted from my account and subscription end date got shifted to 8th September. I have called videocon customer care multiple times but go to know that the amount got deducted for no reason and Customare care is also not supportive . I have raised multiple complaints but haven’t got any resolution.

Please note that in past as well amount got deducted from my account multiple times. This time, I thought, I should raise complaint here as they would have been doing same thing with other customers as well and this is a sort of scam. This needs to be stopped and Videocon d2h should be penalized for this.

This is not about only money but trust.
