I have ordered mi max back cover and mi max screen guard from Snapdeal on 22nd August with order id 23179542508 which I received on 28th august. When I opened the packet of back cover it was small in size and the screen guard also small as well as damaged. I requested for return on same day but Snapdeal is rescheduling the pick up again and again.. on 5th September a delivery boy from e com came to me and picked both the item and told me that you will get the pick invoice at evening.. but he didn’t returned back till today on 7th September 2018. Now I got a message from Snapdeal that ” you want to keep the order so the return request is being cancelled”. Kindly help me by registering my complain against the fraud Snapdeal.. thanks
