Complaint regarding wrong debit on Phonepe account

Fraudulent payment deduction. Value: 1000.
Today morning i.e. July 6, 2021.,  a payment of amount Rs 1000.00 has been debited  from my account by PhonePe application online. The payment debited against an account which is already deactivated. Customer care not answering to my complaint.
