Wrong debit from my bank account for work from home job

Some one said calling from Quikr jobs saying I have uploaded resume for which I have been selected and I have to work for a babnk. He said one work from home and another from a branck. I chose work from home with a registration fee of Rs.49/-. Thereafter they said there will be an interview. I filled in card details for making payment for which I received an OTP. I received error in payment for 4, 5 times thereafter my account got debited by Rs.4949/- Plese help me

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
