Product not delivered by Amazon even after 2 months

My order for Prestige induction cooktop . I ordered on 23 March but not diliver yet. Customer service executive telling different and false answers. No one telling when product deliver. They are giving new orders but not dispatching old orders. Now from last 3 days they didn’t answer to my emails. I don’t want any refund I want my order. They are cheating by telling false information.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
