Complaint regarding Yureka 5510 service

I purchased model No.yu5510A handset but Sim1 slot is not detecting any sim. I reported this to service center (w030200) on 14th april’17 with job card no. W030200-0417-28442568, after receiving the phone within 2 days the same problem occured so again i reported it to seevice center with job card no. W030200-0517-28692840. This time they suggested me another nearby service center. I am fedup of this and and experienced lot of trouble then too no efficient solution were found ..if the service centers are unable to repair the phone i would request you to replace it with new one. Kindly find the solutiin to my problem and let me know as soon as possible
