I have a flexi loan account with Bajaj Finserv, according to which i need to pay the amount only when utilise it. Now evey month an EMI of Rs. 167 is charging on me because the amount they transferred to me is -13k from the actual amount that is committed and after asking multiple times their executive it was communicate that there will be no charge for all this. There will be no processing fee for the same and no EMIs until you utilise the amount from account. I need you assistance on this issue.
Please help me regarding this.
