Complaint regarding refund from Tata Cliq

I ordered shoes from Tata CLiQ on 12 may 2020 with expected delivery date of 18th may 2020 , till 18th may there was no update until I contacted customer care , I came to know that payment was pending and they assured me that I will get my refund by 23rd of may(in 5 working days) today is 4th of June and no refund has been initiated neither have I received any update from their side ! I contacted them several time but they barely respond

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
