Crossroads took Rs 2500, not giving promised package or refund

I paid Rs 2500 to CrossRoads India as per below details:

26/12/21        PAYUCROSSROADSINDIAA 2500

They promised below

Subscription/Package name – PAN INDIA TITANIUM (ALL INDIA)
Amount(Rs.) – 2500.00
Registered Mobile – xxxxxx1834

Now they are calling me every other day for subscription renewal, their site shows no records of above transaction or any other records.

I have asked for refund of above amount as I don’t trust them for any further business due to false promises and bad customer relations.

I haven’t received any communication back which is another proof and sign of bad company practises and customer ignorance.

Crossroads India is a fraud company. They are just robbing hard-earned money of middle class with no ethical practises.

I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and help me get my refund of Rs 2500
