Damaged product received from Snapdeal

I purchased an aroma diffuser from Sanpdeal on 14/8/18. Payment was made on the same day. The product was delivered on 22/8/18 and when I opened found that it was used and damaged product. The plastic container was burnt state. Immediately I placed the request for pickup and refund. On 25/8/18 I received SMS with the details of the person who comes for pickup along with his mobile number. When I made call to the person, he replied that he did not get any information about this so he cannot collect it. I made the request to pickup with the damaged product photos four times, but all the times I am getting the same response.
