Wrong product received from Snapdeal, no customer support

I have orderd black Nike sports shoes and I have received different colour so I have complaine return or change of item but till now I have no contact from customer care or any budy els from snap deal no response they have received Return item also and I have paid money also still there is no response of return or change of item from them they are so irresponsible of customers I have requested many mails to help[@]snapdeal.com but still I have not received anything from them.
